Is your packaging discreet?
Yes. Everything that Enjoy Dokha sends out is inside unmarked white padded envelopes. There is nothing on the outside of the parcel packaging that relates to the amazing products inside! You can relax knowing your parcel will not be disturbed by anyone else when delivered.
How fast is delivery?
We offer two shipping options. The first is a faster option with DHL for $15. This is more expensive BUT most of the time if you order before 12pm midday your order will go our on the same day. Fast delivery is normally 1 – 2 working days. The second option is more cost effective at $7.99 but can take 3-6 working days to be delivered. Please be aware that the couriers do no work over the weekend – if you order after 12pm on Friday, or Saturday / Sunday, your order will automatically be sent out on Monday being the next working day.

Effectively giving you money back for every order you make, that you can then either save up or use on your next order to get a discount. When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our 10-day money-back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a product refund. We sell products that we use ourselves every day and have many satisfied customers worldwide, our support is second to none. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within ten (10) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and tell us why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. We will request you to return your products back to us by post and should receive the products in a reasonable condition (not empty or damaged and in original packaging). Postal refunds and product refunds will be processed within 2 days of proof your products have been sent back to us / been received by us.
If your returns or refund claim causes suspicion or doubt for any reason, Enjoy Dokha reserves the right to have time (up to 10 working days) to investigate and make a decision whether to accept or reject a return or refund claim. This clause over rides all others if invoked.
Enjoy Dokha will refer any fraudulent transactions to the relevant authorities and we will push for prosecution.
