I’ve been a customer since 2019 and never had a problem, delivery is always super fast and takes like a day or two since I live in Canada. The customer service is what has made me a loyal customer. I recently got some filters that had some faults, and the Enjoy Dokha team was very fast in sending me a replacement. The Dokha is the exact same in terms of packaging and quality that one would find in the UAE. Amazing Company
