This Medwakh (sometimes spelt Midwakh) comes with an internal filter plus a Dr. Pearl filter to ensure that no impurities pass through the shaft and into your mouth.  The Sahara Brown Medwakh pipe also comes with a free pack of 5 Dr Pearl filters to keep you going.  The bowl size is slightly larger than basic wooden Medwakh pipes and there is a large hole in the bowl for the tobacco smoke to pass through so you get a great ‘buzz’ with each smoke.
